Paxton are leaders in both organic and biodynamic viticulture and winemaking. Established in 1979, the family owned company source all of their fruit from estate vineyards in nearby McLaren Vale, South Australia, producing an approachable collection of wines that showcase the region’s fruit quality, natural diversity and varietal expression.



Maxwell Wines

Carved into a limestone hill at the heart of McLaren Vale, Maxwell’s five-star winery, meadery and restaurant have become iconic thanks to the ingenuity, determination, eccentricity and authenticity of leader Mark Maxwell. The qualities of the winemaker can also be seen in the brand’s concentrated, robust and characterful wines, praised by Australia’s most prominent wine writer, James Halliday for their consistent excellence.



Pertaringa Wines

Part of the Wines by Geoff Hardy family, McLaren Vale’s Pertaringa was established in 1980 by leading viticulturists Geoff Hardy and Ian Leask, before Geoff took over the brand in 2011. Pertaringa and Wines by Geoff Hardy was named Winestate Magazine’s Australian Winery of the Year in both 2012 and 2014, and celebrated Australian wine writer James Halliday also rated Wines by Geoff Hardy as a 5 star red winery, a top rating only awarded to 10% of wineries in his Wine Companion.



Doc Adams Wines

Doc Adams has been producing ultra-premium wines from the world renowned McLaren Vale region since 2005. Dr Darren Waters (Doc) and viticulturist Adam Jacobs (Adams) produce youthful, fresh and fruitful styles that have earned acclaim from journalists in Australian and across the world, including a consistent 4-star rating in James Halliday’s wine companion since 2015.
